Sitting in my back garden last night waiting for the meteor shower to start, I used the time to reflect. I thought about what I'm doing and where I want to go, because just recently I've had this polite smile, you know – the one where you can see they are thinking: “Really?!!! You are really doing that?!?!!! – when I tell people what I do for a living.
I would like to raise a discussion on the following:
Theoretical physicists think up theories about the universe. That's their job. Once they have established a theory, experimental physicists will try to prove it. Okay, so far, so good. Lets look at an example: dark matter. They have theories that dark matter exists, but so far no conclusive proof it really does. And don't forget, there hasn’t been a major success in theoretical physics for the last 30 years! When I, on the other hand, say that I can channel certain information on different subjects from another plane of existence – something scientists are also working on proving – I get funny looks and smiles.
Why is that different?!?
Most people believe in what science proves – but, nothing is ever scientifically proven at all. Science is about finding the most reliable way of thinking at our present level of knowledge. Science might be reliable, but it isn't certain.
So, at my present level of knowledge, I believe that I can channel information. I have done this reliably for a number of years. This alone is proof that channelling works.
I would love to hear your thoughts on this matter, whether you agree with me or not. Lets brainstorm!
