Today you feel stressed, alone, and you don't want anyone near you. You are pushing everyone away and want to be by yourself. You feel very vulnerable and sad. Take some time to yourself, try and gain some perspective, and breathe. Deep breathing for a few minutes really helps with centering and aligning your body and your mind. It may also be a good idea to go and get some fresh air, as connecting with nature really helps to relieve stress. At this time of year it can be especially stressful, whether you are surrounded by family and friends or you are alone. Feelings of insecurity can creep in. You decide how you feel, this is important to remember. If you give situations or people this power, it may make you feel frightened. Take this power back and transform it to build up your self-confidence. You have the power to change the situation that makes you feel sad and unsafe. Connect to your inner core, that is loving, kind, peaceful and safe and those feelings will start to fill you up. Also know that you are surrounded by love, even if you don't want to see it right now. Re-connect with yourself and then you'll be able to see all the wonderful possibilities that you deserve. They are all there waiting for your heart to see them.
