All the stress of the last few weeks has caught up with you. It's also a day to re-evaluate the work you have been doing. Has it been too much? Do you need help? Are you maybe thinking about what and how much work is waiting for you when you go back tomorrow? All these thoughts are causing you stress. Maybe start making plans of creating a better life – work balance and writing down some possibilities of how to achieve this. Visualisation is a very powerful tool for you to achieve this. When you visualise yourself being calm and living a beautiful balanced life, it will manifest itself into your reality.
