Full Flower Moon in Sagittarius – Saturday, 21 May 2016

The Native American tribes kept track of time by observing the seasons and the lunar months. They gave the Full Moon names to be able to track the seasons. The name was often a description relating to an event or activity that normally occurred during that time at their location. The Full Moon in May is called the Flower Moon, because all the plants are now in bloom. This Full Moon in May is also referred to as the Corn Planting Moon, the Hare Moon or the Milk Moon.

This Full Flower Moon in Sagittarius is going to be very intense. With a lot of anger energy about and a feeling of I need to achieve more than anyone else, it may be more intense than you would like. All this energy may lead to arguments, especially as Mercury is coming out of retrograde and you will feel this effect.

This is not a problem, as you can achieve very much by setting your intention. Take all of this energy – because first and foremost it is just energy – transform it and put it to good use. You are feeling tired and deflated, so you can really do with breathing and taking in this fabulous energy boost.

Take the adventurous big hearted side of the sign of Sagittarius and forgive anyone who is not able to set their intentions and may blurt out bluntly what you do not want to hear, or someone who is struggling to control their anger. Send them love, which will probably infuriate them even more if you do it to their face, so do it quietly without telling them.

The more you stay centred by going inwards and meditating, the more this full moon will fill you up and help you move forward, as you are able to gain great insights of what to do next.

The sign of Sagittarius loves to explore and learn something new, and you will also be able to get in on the act. There is no reason why you cannot let the energies guide you to new heights in finding knowledge and learning what you really care about and what you would like to expand on.

Meditating in this beautiful Full Moon will help you discover more about yourself and your feelings, so let them flow, and don't forget to write everything down as it comes out, otherwise you may forget.
