You have been giving yourself a rather hard time of late. You have been working very hard on a project, physically or emotionally, have invested a lot of time and energy into it, and it hasn't gone according to your plan. You feel drained, tired and defeated.
It's time to take a break, a break from thinking and doing. Be very gentle with yourself today and try to cut out any unnecessary actions. Please also be choosy about the people you speak to, the music you listen to, what you read, and what you watch on TV.
Give yourself a proper rest of any kind of drama, be it your own, or someone else's. When you rest your mind, get still, and surround yourself with love and kindness, you can feel the weight of worry being lifted off your shoulders.
Worry is wasted energy, as it doesn't solve anything, but poisons your body, mind and soul. Worry energy keeps you locked in your head and addicted to drama, which attracts more drama and unhappiness into your life.
Getting still and resting your mind, or doing something completely different to what you normally do, will help you get out of this rut and back to full strength.
