Today it's about going within – Meditation, Mindfulness and Contemplation. Meditating doesn't necessarily mean sitting still, it can be done in all sorts of situations. You can meditate while walking, jogging, dancing, etc. Everywhere where you do repetitive tasks that occupy your ego.


Meditation doesn't mean that you empty your mind, but rather that you open your mind wide and let your thoughts flow freely. The more you let them come and go, the easier it will be for you to be mindful of the messages you receive.


The Hermit wants to help you shine a light into your darkest corners. There is no need for you to be afraid, you can let your thoughts run free. When you look at what you fear, it looses it's power to scare you.


When an uncomfortable thought comes up, you can acknowledge it and change it. Whenever you have a thought that throws you off track, use affirmations to help you change it.


Example affirmations: “I now choose to acknowledge my blessings.” “I now choose to acknowledge what I am grateful for.” “I now choose to acknowledge happy thoughts.”


This way you will soon find your own way of being mindful and letting your own light shine.
