Try to focus on achieving inner peace, as this may help you to figure out how to best move forward. You are feeling mentally exhausted and need some time alone to rest and rejuvenate. While resting maybe you can try and visualise what you truly want to happen.. Try not to focus on how it will happen, but on that it has already happened. This may help clear your mind and calm you. Worrying about your situation is not going to help the situation or you. When you focus your mind on a positive outcome, you take the pressure of yourself and relax. The more you relax, the more you will achieve peace of mind and with that you may be able to get the rest you need.
