Today everything is not as it may seem. It’s one of those days where it’s better to be safe than sorry. You may encounter a situation that isn’t good for you and then it’s best for you to leave. Try and detach yourself from any kind of drama that is happening around you, try not to get sucked into any “he said, she said” kind of situation.
There is an intensity around that may be difficult to handle. So be careful and think before you speak. That’s the important part. Before you feel offended and stomp off in a huff, try and think about it rationally. Is it really meant that way or are you just not prepared to listen to what has been said.
Something or someone confronts you with a truth that you are not willing to listen to. A truth you are very uncomfortable with because you would like to ignore it and pretend it isn’t so. You would much rather focus on something else.
The Seven of Winter wants to remind you, that even though this truth may be hard to hear, you cannot run away from it. There is no point in trying, as you take it with you wherever you go. Drowning it out with chemicals, food, drink, work, or whatever else you are doing is not helping, it only sends you into a downward spiral.
There is a better way to deal with this. Get help. Ask someone you trust, someone who is not afraid to tell you the truth, to guide you through this. Beating yourself up or blaming others for it, will not make it disappear. Letting yourself be guided, step by step, may be hard at first, but it will help you deal with it in a constructive manner.
