Today is all about meditating and reflecting on your next step. Re-evaluate where you are right now and how you would like to go forward. Trying to avoid distractions may be difficult, but necessary to really dig deep and gain clarity.
Often outside influences trigger harsh judgments, especially of yourself, which then in turn lead to a feeling of pain and anxiety – you start seeing yourself as a victim.
You can shake off those kinds of feelings by really going inward and meditating upon simple questions like, for example: “What is my real favourite colour?” or “What would really be my perfect job?” or “What kind of clothes do I really want to wear?”
This way your true self has a chance to be heard and to emerge. Even though these questions sound rather mundane, you will be surprised what you may find out. It is all of these supposed “little things” that make up our personality.
