This week is all about self-care – to think about yourself first. Only if you are well cared for, happy, content, joyful and healthy, are you able to care for others properly.
So, put your worries aside, as they are wasted energy anyway, and take time for yourself. Do something that really lightens your heart and fills you with great happiness and joy. Whatever that may be.
Some people relax best while hiking or rock climbing, some while swimming, others at the hairdressers or shopping. Whatever makes your heart sing, try and do some of that this week.
Maybe you even want to take a salt bath, like the beautiful mermaid in this picture, as salt draws out toxins that have accumulated within your body and mind. It will help you relax and afterwards you will be able to think much more clearly.
If you can’t take bath’s try soaking your feet in saltwater, as this will have a similar effect as a bath. The toxins will be drawn out via the reflex points on the soles of your feet.
This week make sure you treat yourself in the way that you would like to be treated by others, as this sends out a signal to those around you. The better you treat yourself, the better you will be treated by others, as we always receive back what we send out.
