Something is in the air and you are feeling slightly aggravated and tense. You’ve been swallowing your anger and now it’s starting to come out. The best thing to do is to sit and meditate, as that way you may be able to stop things from escalating.
Swallowing your anger is never a good idea. If you don’t agree with something, it’s best to say your piece in a calm and friendly manner. When you ignore it and pretend that everything is fine is tends to build up inside yourself and the anger gets much bigger than your original disgruntled feeling.
