We are all prone to be sucked in by the glitz and glamour of the world of illusion and pretense as portrayed in the media. Even though we know that it’s not real, the fantasy engulfs us and sweeps us of our feet.
Drystan is her to remind you that when it comes to a certain person, you are living in an illusion of your own. Even though this person has shown you clearly who they truly are, you have persuaded yourself that they will change.
By ignoring what they are actually saying and/or doing, you are taking yourself out of the real world and with that become a fake. You know who Drystan is pointing to, whether you are willing to acknowledge it right now or not.
Take a good look beneath the surface and don’t be deceived by appearances. Begin to explore your truths, especially the reason why you are in this situation and take responsibility for it. No more being the victim of circumstances, no more selling yourself short or compromising.
