It’s the last day of the year, so it’s time for you to liberate yourself from all self-sabotaging thoughts that hold you back. Go within and take a look at what has triggered you over the course of 2017.
What has made you feel sad, lost, angry, disappointed, etc.? This will show you clearly which parts of yourself you have trouble accepting how they are. Self-acceptance is the first step to self-love, as you cannot love what you don’t accept.
It will also help you gain more confidence in walking your new path and embracing all of the new opportunities this new year brings with it.
Go forth and liberate yourself from the doubt you have and all of the unhealthy attachments to people, situations or things that you have developed. Even though this may hurt or even panic you at first, you will soon come to realise that what you will gain from this is so much better than you could have ever hoped for.
Liberation of old thought patterns and belief systems is the key to view the world from a different perspective, as with it comes a new sense of freedom which transforms the way you see your life and the world around you.
